Dupree frequently asks for thrilling stories, scary stories, or funny stories and is first encounterable outside of Miami, FL. Her story is written by Cara Ellison, and she is voiced by Elizabeth Maxwell.
Background[ | ]
Dupree left home at a young age and has been perfecting the art of the grift, which was taught to her by her stepfather.
Dupree mentions that she had met a man that she thought she loved between the first and second chapters. They were together for a short time, and Dupree used her tricks to collect money for them both. In the end, the man beat Dupree, likely breaking one of her ribs, and stole all of the money from her. However, this turns out to be mostly a lie so she can steal the player's money, which she admits in her final chapter.

Dupree can originally be found outside of Miami, FL, and travels around in the Southeast. She mainly ask for funny, thrilling, and scary stories from the Traveler. Dupree is the only character who does not give you an item after reaching chapter 3 with them.

Her true form is a smoking fox wearing a brown coat with cards and dollars stuffed in her tail.
